1/10 - HORRIBLE/BORING (tedious, hurts to watch, a bore, no reason to watch him/her, whatever positive things about him/her are tiny and not enough)
2/10 - VERY BAD (slightly less terrible, maybe there were one or two things you liked kept him/her from being a 1 but still very painful)
An Evil League of Evil forms as baddies come together to stop The Good Guys. It's an old trope dating back to the earliest days of serial fiction, but there's something extra special about the way MLP is using it this season.
Unmarked Time chapter 3 is now available to read. Flopsy Mopsy does battle with monsters, one of which she realizes is herself.
This post has to do with the new season of My Little Pony and does contain some information about it. Not exactly spoilers in itself to me (especially since Flurry Heart was shown to be an alicorn in the advertisements), but just in case, it will be below the break.
Friendship is Magic review by Obake
(SPOILERS!)
Credit where credit is due, this special has the funniest ending of the series, which was likely unintentional. I was laughing for awhile.
School Raze is the two-part finale of season 8, and exactly as I expected, takes itself too seriously. The antagonist of the episode is Cozy Glow.

There's not going to be a schedule or anything for WHEN I upload each chapter, but I am also a little impatient so probably like new chapter every 2-7 days. :P
I'm going to be honest, this was a hoot to read - Queen Chrysalis Reforms {Accidentally} by RainbowDoubleDash. I overacted my shriveled little prune of a heart out and I regret nothing except not being able to overact even more. Sometimes, it's fun to just cut loose and act ridiculous.

9/9: Flawless! Outstanding scene!
8/9: Great scene! Totally Rewatchable!
7/9: Pretty good. Not as perfect as I expected though.
6/9: Decent. Doesn’t ruin the movie/episode.
5/9: Mid.
4/9: Pretty bad. One of the weakest scenes of the movie/episode.

Okay, so American readers won't understand the significance of the fifth of November. But here in the UK, it's bigger than Halloween. In the area I live, it's bigger than Easter and New Year. Arguably bigger even than Christmas.
What is a Cutie Mark?
A question that kinda bothers the minds of bronies everywhere now and then, as there is no clear answer. The MLP wiki describes a cutie mark as simply a magical symbol of a ponies talent to which they develop a personal bound, which is how we also see them often in show. But then there are also those who argue that cutie marks are more and in fact essential for a pony to live.
As of S7, we've had a lot of historical things revealed to us.
But I'm a little confused as to when exactly all these things happened in relation to each other.

The first one as I said yesterday in the explanations blog will be out today so I'll go ahead and leave it uncovered(I'll post it in a few minutes).
Yesterday, I posted an essay about Summer Sun Setback, the princesses, and the fact that the end of the show is neigh. There are, however, a few more thoughts on the episode that I wanted to share that don't quite fit into that box.
The theme of Summer Sun Setback was growth - moving on, and the story reinforces that theme in a lot of little ways in 22 minutes.
GO FORTH AND READ IT, FOR AN DE SADE, AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL.
I don't even like Dorkly, except for the kevin and agent segments (and angry sun). I feel the fic doesn't deserve the spot it is at, as it completely misses the mark of EVERY Kevin animation. So, I'm gonna use the powers of myself to rewrite and post a better version. Is that arrogant? Fuck yes it is, and if I fail, then fine, seems I didn't get it either.
But hot damn, I will make damn sure this comes out better than that trash. (no disrespect to the author though, just that story)
