sometimes don't ya find that ideas just relentlessly bounce around in your head, and they wont leave you alone. i think every writer gets that.
(just a friendly reminder that I'm not dead. perhaps I'll actually post regularly in the blog section from now on? perhaps not though. . .)
also quick friendly reminder to anyone actually paying attention to me (for god knows what reason) there's a new chapter of lucky and the search for friends out! yay, I did something! *takes another long swig*
ChasingResonance (who I believe has edited for me before on The Hunter) has stepped up to take the mantle of chained editproofer editor/proofreader. Many thanks guys, especially you Chase. <3
Story review #7: Fear Itself —by Moon Quil
Character’s:
Fear: I have to address the titular character of this fic first and all I can say is what an villain. He’s intimidating, terrifying, and inspiring all at the same time he’s kinda one-note but that’s sorta the point of his character he’s a being of pure evil. He’s Fear.
Dear Loyal Watchers, Interested Visitors, and Confused Passersby,
Every once in a great while, I'm reminded that the Featured Box can show off stories that are moving and captivating, not just topical and popular.
Every once in a great while I come across a story that makes me blink and wonder "Did I write this? Is this author me in some alternate reality? Why did I not write this in my own reality?"
JIMMY KIMMEL, ABC-TV Host: "Being President is a tough job. It’s one of the only jobs where you get a new approval rating every day. Now that we have this thing called social media, the President gets hundreds of judgments every hour of every day, many of them unpleasant. For the second time, President Obama has agreed to read them for our second-ever Presidential Edition of #MeanTweets."
So there has been this idea I've had bouncing around in my head for a while now that I thought I would bring up and share in a few of the forums (one being this group, right here). Surprisingly, there have been a few individuals here and there who expressed interest and so I thought I would discuss this story idea and see what you all thought.

Hey kids!
Do you like MLP? Do you have a healthy disrespect and a sense of humor about it? Do you enjoy seeing story ideas that push the bounds of sanity, common sense, and good taste? Do you like the Twitters?
The follow my new parody account "Rejected MLP Pitches." See what sort of twisted ideas for both Friendship is Magic and Equestria Girls spawn from the darkest recesses of my brain. It's a bad idea of an account filled with nothing but worse ideas!
A trend on this site (and fiction in general) that I’ve noticed is that people tend to seek the more nitty-gritty, the darker, the more “mature” types of art and expression; quite antithetical to the show that brought us all together. I myself am quite guilty of this more often than not, and I think perhaps it’s time to encourage a change.
The amazing My Name is R has started a reading of Amber Ashes, and I finally got around to listening to it myself! It's quite a strange experience, listening to words you wrote and hearing it interpreted in slightly different, but very interesting and delightful, ways. It's not complete yet, but it's worth a look if you really liked the story. (Or, alternatively, are one of those people who didn't read it originally and like
... and it's going on day 4 in the box of shame.
Today at work I was being productive and busy, working on a Robinson 44, when a pilot just randomly walked into the hangar, and gave me some beer and whiskey shooters because "they had been on the plane for a bit too long" and left.
I'm at my dad's, just loaded up the wood burner because the furnace is still fucked.
Lets do this.

So, before we get into the actual story, lets talk a little about how it came to be.
Fear not, for I have not given up on Doing HIs Duty quite yet. I know I went dark after promising a new chapter almost two months ago, but I will deliver shortly.
Chapter eleven soon, fellow FIMF users. I'm just waiting on muh editor to run through it.
A couple of people have asked in one form or another about the sequel, especially with the release of the collaboration between Wing and I. Just want to assure you:
It's coming. Just really slowly.
In the mean-time, enjoy this small snippet while we keep working.
Ello loves! I don't often write these, as I'm fairly certain people don't read them, but I can't give every update at the end of a bonus chapter, I'm too lazy!
Right, first order of business: A Pony Displaced: Another Path. The sequel is happening, since I've had a few people ask about it. With that said, it may be a bit before it actually comes to fimfic.
Let me start off by saying that the whole allegation that Sweden has legalized the flag of ISIS is phony to begin with, I think. Also, to contradict the title, that is EXACTLY what the Alt-Right has said about Sweden for a very long time.
We'd like to give you a good word about today's story.
