At 1100 words in total, this chapter's being slow with me. But its coming out whenever.
What doesn't help is that I've been sick for the last few days- probably ate something that really didn't agree with me- unluckily that seems to be the only way I actually get sick these days which is either a blessing or a curse.
Writing can be difficult sometimes, especially if you're a new writer. I've tried writing stories way before my recent one and they've all been shitty in comparison. To be honest, I thought I was going to get a ton of downvotes when I published the story but I guess I did something right.

My apologies for my long absence. I do have a good reason for it beyond writer's block this time.
As I may have mentioned in the past, I have started a Patreon for my original writing.
Most recently, I have been posting a story I have been thinking about for years, called Happy Vale.

The Problem Within The Armed Forces And Beyond Caused By The Woke Agenda
So, I've come to an interesting dilemma.
I'm not a person who swears... like... ever. I can't even bring myself to do it accidentally. I always catch myself and change it to something else like "shoot", "dang", "poop", and even "friggin'".
However, the characters in my story are the kinds of characters that would swear given the situation called for it.
