Hey all, long time no chat once again. Making this here post to reflect my feelings on a certain lovely little game you may have heard of called Super Mario Odyssey.
Hey, so, first off let's start with the fact that PaulAsaran has done a review of Looking Glass! A while back he did a review of my story Great and Powerful, Darling! and had issues with the pacing (which were fair) and I pointed out that I've never fully gotten the hang of pacing shorter stories, and am better at novels. To that end, it makes me very happy that he's read and reviewed one of my novels. If you've read
This is a case of how I associate the tracks in my MLP playlist with the episodes and characters of the series. The eps and characters will be listed in Bold while the artists who wrote the corresponding songs will be in Italics. Some cases are influenced by PMVs and song parodies others have done; these will be marked with an asterisk(*). The artist's details may be vague in some cases due to how the file's been listed; these will be marked by a question mark(?).
Caution: Spoilers for Playing House and technically all subsequent stories in The Who We Become Series by Krickis.
Drop by if you're bored.
I got a call this morning from the guitar shop owner and he let me in on the situation. The guitar tech is one of the most vulnerable people to this virus we're facing right now, so he's off duty and in isolation until it's once agains safe for him to return to work, which means I was told it was better for me to take my guitar home until that time comes.
X-Ray Visions by Clutch, on their album, Psychic Warfare. One of my all-time favourite bands! Just remember, kids, psychic warfare is real!
Yeah, just feeling good today. Have the strong urge to express it. The first of which is that a couple of things came in the mail, one of which I'm very excited to play. I'll talk about them another time. The excitement is a little bit marred due to the fact that they came from Limited Run Games, but due to knowing about the stunt they pulled only after I made my last purchase and knowing their refund policy is utterly abysmal, I'm just going to let these last orders be the last orders I
Yup, an opinion piece. Kind of an odd one, too. But why not? After all, I finished the first draft of Jungle yesterday. I'm in a good mood. It's been a while since the last one. And this topic has been on my mind for a good week or so; seems as good a time as any to bring it up.
Believe it or not, I am still alive, I haven’t written any blogs or stories recently, but I am alive. I had a whole idea for a March story, and while that’s something I’m happy to release, don’t expect it anytime soon.
Don’t expect anything for April either.
In fact, don’t expect another story from me for a bit.
...it seemed oddly relevant to Blank.
I didn't do my post for this guy yesterday, so here's two songs in one.
Another week gone by, this time with International Women's Day and International Pi Day swinging by. Amid all the pseudo-festivities, of course, was just another typical week, consisting of a myriad of madness. In fact, if you ask me, I'd call this the month of merry mania. March had been that kind of a month, if last week was of any indication.
So, for this Nooks & Crannies, I shall sing an ode to madness, starting with:
The Pick Of The News
I found a recent video by L-train.
If you are a fan of Sombra, you should check this out. I know it's a little long, but this fanfiction is worth the watch.
I'm still working on new chapters of Into the Black, Sledgehammer, and the weird SpikexChrysalis wedding fic with a too-long title.
MORE IMPORTANTLY I found a super-dope musician you should check out; the name's Jeff Burgess & the Bad Mares and they make smokin' qual stuff like this and this and this and it's buxom and beautiful.
