So, I decided not to update this week. I've been busy during the times I planned to write, so I'm behind schedule. That, and ideas are coming to me slower than normal. I don't want to rush an entire chapter for tomorrow, cause I know it'll suck. I'm going to take my time and write as good ideas come to me. Sorry guys! I'll update next week, or sooner if I finish before then.

I'll be uploading the next chapter hopefully tomorrow. I had a lot of time to work on it today, which I have been, but the site's frequent outage took away a bunch of my time and kept bringing me out of the zone. I'm at about 6.5k words at the time of this blog, and expect the finished chapter to be around 8 or 9. I'll work on it tomorrow when I can, and should have it done by tomorrow night. Sorry for taking longer that the promised week.

So lately, when I hear a song, I try to think about how well it fits into Blank. I think "Hmm, do the lyrics fit any of the scenes? How about the mood of certain parts?"

Do you guys have any ideas of what songs would be a good representation of what Blank is?

So far, the lyrics to "In the End" by Linkin Park hit some notes. I have more, but they're escaping my memory right now.

While I'm working on the next chapter (already getting more ideas than I was), I'd like to ask you guys what you think about Blank so far.

I don't want to hear just "Good!" and "Nothing wrong!", because I know that it can be improved quite a bit. Just from rereading through the first two chapters on my mobile, I saw a lot of errors that I never got around to fixing. Some details also don't fit with the current continuity.

So, this week will have a chapter. Sorry about not updating last week, I strongly believe that my allergies were clouding my creative process. I finally got some medication and I'm feeling mostly back to myself.

This chapter is going to be pretty much the same length as the last two chapters. Might hit 10k, but probably not. Depends.

I'd post a picture of the title and word count like I have been doing, but I'm afraid of the chapter title giving away what's going to be happening. Just be assured that I have about 3k words right now, and hope to have 5k done by tonight. That gives me lots of time to have it done by Sunday like I want. No estimated word count of the completed chapter, yet. It depends on what I feel needs to be included for the scenes to work.

Just finished the latest chapter, now I just have to edit it. This time, I'm going to work with my editor before I publish it, so it'll be much cleaner upon first look. Should be up in a few more hours. It's not a 10k word chapter, but it's pretty close.

So, I'm unfortunatley putting off the release of 16 until next week again. I'm doing this because the allergy medication I'm taking has recently stopped working, and I'm back to being miserable. Last night, after the cast, I couldn't sleep a wink. I couldn't breathe through my nose at all and I kept getting into sneezing fits that wouldn't let up.
