The Story Writer is kinda known around these here parts for writing piles upon piles of stories with seemingly little to no effort. Many people, including myself, have attempted to help them out with writing, but they seem to just ignore everything we comment and/or PM.

So why not just rewrite an entire story for them? I've got some time between now and my next competition on the 29th. I've already sent them a PM asking about it.

No excuses for the lateness, just lazy and forgetful as hell. Sorry.

In March I went back and reread my own story. Hated a good portion of it, and decided I would rewrite it to ensure it is of decent quality. My old writing is bad, and my plans were even worse -- leading to me being confused about where I had originally wanted to go with the story.

I enjoyed the story, but the grammar and spelling left a lot to be desired.

The story itself got a few comments. Some were the usual "good story, more please." Others were "I can barely read this."

I could follow along, but even I had to admit the grammar and spelling errors were detracting from the overall story.

When I started my first story, The Man in the Shadows, I thought it was going to be fun. Only a few chapters in, however, and it feels awkward. There is no meat to the story, there is no set plot in mind, and the chapter I'm writing in just... terrible. The story will be rewritten once I get around to it. While I am really happy with my first story on this site, despite the errors ;)

I have been thinking about releasing it, but make it a bit longer, adding new details. Looking back at it, I still feel happy how it turned out, but now that I am writing the sequel and have a but more experience under my belt, I wonder if I should re release it and add more stuff than before.

Not sure I will do it, but I have been thinking about if I should do it or not.
