Helping a (very badly) struggling author · 10:59pm Mar 14th, 2017
The Story Writer is kinda known around these here parts for writing piles upon piles of stories with seemingly little to no effort. Many people, including myself, have attempted to help them out with writing, but they seem to just ignore everything we comment and/or PM.
So why not just rewrite an entire story for them? I've got some time between now and my next competition on the 29th. I've already sent them a PM asking about it.
You're a champion!
4456269 I don't even know where to start. Their stories have about ten times as many downvotes as upvotes, the point of their stories are typically bland, and they never seem to learn from what the commenters point out. It's frustrating, y'know? They have the potential to write something amazing, but they instead sit there chugging out stories like their life depended on it.

I (as well as a couple others, I believe) suspect that this person is someone either attempting to protest the automoderator or legitimately trolling. What you'd be doing would be valid, regardless of the purity of the author's intentions with these stories.
To say NOTHING of the fact that they make NO sense whatsoever.
Heck, none of the DESCRIPTIONS to them make sense!
Yeah. I'VE been unfortunate enough to read one or two of them myself, and regretted it immediately afterwards.

Their boredom story, reworked with better characterization and more plot points, could be interesting too.
4456299 I'm rewriting "Thief" for them. It's about Twilight stealing a statue and not giving a f**k. I'm typing it using my tablet, since for some reason it's got better wifi reception than my main computer, even though it's literally right in front of my main computer.

Yeah... I'll be continuing to search for somebody to proofread my story.
I also find it interesting that you started the title of this blog with a gerund, which is what a lot of The Story Writer's works' titles begin with.
Edit: works[' titles]
4456319 I didn't even realize that until you pointed it out.
