Rainbow Dash has a question, a burning, nagging question, and there's really only one way to answer it. The question? Does her marefriend really smell like apples? Trouble is, the way to answering that question could potentially ruin her reputation as Ponyville's most awesome mare and make her... (Gasp) 20% less cooler. But will an unexpected late night flight lead to an answer?

It's easy being a princess, right? The whole job is just tea parties, playing with friends, and watching others do your work for you, right? Well, Twilight knows better, after all, she is a princess and she has had plenty of duties and knows how hard Celestia works as a leader and a symbol to the ponies. After about six months of being the new princess and having to deal with-fruit bats, plunder seeds, and dimension hopping, its about time for Twilight to sit down and have a little 'Twilight Time' to herself and her favorite pasttime- reading.

She has earned a break after all...it is just a shame that all of Ponyville has better ideas for her to do than allow her time to read.

Making new friends is a hard task for Starlight Glimmer. Good thing for her, she found and easier way of doing it.

There are some days Starlight Glimmer knows she made a mistake.

It's been a few days since Trixie and Starlight made things right with Twilight and the three became friends, and it's been eating up Trixie to know just exactly what Twilight thinks of her now. So, as two unicorns break into Canterlot Castle at the behest of her new bestie Trixie, Starlight realizes today is going to be one of those days with plenty of regrets.

After eating her experiment, Twilight experiences disturbing visions of the future.

Alicorns do not have impregnable immunity nor immortality, but permanent longevity. They are susceptible to pathogens just as well as normal Equestrians are. While their natural body systems are heavily reinforced to facilitate their boundless lifespan, they can become ill. It just so happens Twilight catches a nasty bug that has some... chaotic side effects.

Fluttershy wakes up early in the morning with a throbbing headache and a broken leg, alone in the Sweet Apple Orchards, save for Rainbow Dash who she finds lying in a ditch. Together, the two of them go to the hospital and remember what exactly happened last night.
