Discord returns from a long imprisonment in stone once more. He does this as Rainbow Dash faces a moment of weakness. Seeing an opportunity, he plots to destroy both her reputation, and her sanity, and step over the other five to take back the throne. Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash must wrestle with the idea of mentoring the flightless filly, Scootaloo, as well as dealing with nightmares created by Discord to break her down.

Discord is beaten, but it's the scars you can't see that take the longest to heal. Let us continue. Every one of the mane six plus one has seems to have worked their way through their problems . . . but there are sure a lot of loose ends to tie-up, and one of these loose threads when pulled just might start unraveling everything!

Using a long-forbidden spell, she transforms her sister into little more than a small filly, all so she could pull the greatest prank ever. Unfortunately, she soon learns that before you fool around with dangerous magic, you really need to read the fine print...
