Scootaloo's rather embarrassed by her Mom. Not because she isn't cool, arguably she's both the hottest and the coolest mom in Ponyville. It's not about the fact that her mom serves on the royal court either, though that doesn't help. Maybe it's got more to do with the fact that the reason her mom is almost never seen after sunrise or before sunset, or because before the Mare in the Moon returned to Equestria, she knew her name.

Or, you know, that her mother is a chocoholic, an embarrassing know it all that's actually lived it all, owes personal favors to Princess Luna, and has the unfortunate job description of 'ruler of the land and day'. Sure, having Celestia as your mom is cool and all, but at the same time nopony can know who she really is. Nopony gets to 'know' her, and every moment is guarded against snooping visitors. And yet, there's still hope for a better day to come. Even when all your mom's enemies and rivals finally come home to roost and ruin your day. It can't be all bad, right?

Pinkie Pie has been struggling with terrible nightmares of herself murdering her friends for months. It has gotten to the point where the dreams are starting to escape into her waking hours. But then she finds help in an altogether unexpected place: a mysterious unicorn named Answer. But Answer has dark secrets of his own, and only time will tell how things turn out for the two of them.

On her way home, Apple Bloom discovers Spike rifling through Rarity's belongings. Heading in to confront the dragon, they accidentally knock over a priceless vase! Will they be able to cover it up or will suspicion tear the town apart?

He adopts her...Unfortunately his philosophy on life conflicts with the local ponies of Ponyville sense of decency and not to mention he not really from Equeastria.

The recoil from Family Appreciation Day was too much for Diamond Tiara. Her fellow students turned their back on her, Cheerilee was upset with her, even her own father had been severely disappointed with her actions. She has no one left now. Her perfect world is falling apart. And only one pony can help her. The only pony she could ever count on.

But is she her friend anymore?

Author's Note: I wrote this after watching Family Appreciation Day and noticed the subtle divide between Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara. An idea formed in my head and I had to write this oneshot as soon as I could. Certain questions maybe unanswered or details may be missed. If you spot any of those, I apologize. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy the fic.
