Twilight is a mare of many trades. She prides herself on control, ambition and building solid friendships with those around her. A hero and a princess at the same time. Perhaps one of the greatest mares to ever live.

But when a fleeting crush returns on a certain mare, Twilight finds herself in a difficult emotional position. Especially when said crush is on somepony that she's known all her life but could never truly have. Somepony that's given her everything she could have dreamed of and more. Alas she knows it is not to be.

It would be improper. It would be wrong. It would be...unacceptable.......Or would it?

Wrote this after dealing with illness for a few days. My first Twilestia story. Probably one of the more emotional and fun ships I see out there and one of my favourites. My third foray into a romance fic.

I feel like this story doesn't need much of a description. After DJ Valkyri-3 I wanted to write more cutesy romance and see if I couldn't squirm my way back into ponified. Saw the picture and, well, this happened.
Also, I never really see Twilestia from Celestia's point of view. It's always form Twilight's or an omniscient view so I thought I'd try it out. Turns out it's really fun to write!

Twilight, with the help of her friends, will finally tell her feelings for the princess using a song

Unable to hold back her feelings, Twilight begs a favor for when she will actually take over for Celestia in the future. The shock of the request leads them both to share more than they had intended or expected.

Recently, Twilight has made an important emotional discovery. She is in love with Princess Celestia. Unfortunately, she doesn't know how to go about expressing her feelings to her teacher. Fortunately, with some help from Spike and the very pony of her affections, she will learn how to do precisely that.

Celestia always hesitates when the time seems right, but is there ever such a thing as 'perfect timing?'

Short little Twilestia drabble, meant to be humorous and fun, nothing too demanding. Might do an illustration at a later date. Rated T for innuendos.

Princess Twilight Sparkle pays one of her rare visits to Canterlot since having moved to Ponyville. Visits that had become even more scarce since her coronation, and her former mentor is all the more excited about every moment she can spend with the young alicorn. The guards and servants seem to share her enthusiasm, though for some reason they seem awfully nervous as well.

As always, the two spend some quality time together, reminiscing about fond memories from when Twilight was a mere child under Celestia's tutelage. But the promising filly had grown a lot since then, and both are tempted to see how their relationship had matured.
