When an ancient magical mirror of unclear function is unexpectedly uncovered on the edges of the Dragon Lands, along with hints that it might be originally of griffon construction, Gallus joins a small party sent to retrieve the mirror and bring it back to Canterlot, hoping to find out more about what it has to do with his kind and why it was found so far from his homeland.

What he learns instead was that the mirror should've stayed buried.

When Smolder finds a secret room in the Castle of the Two Sisters, she comes into contact with a mirror holding secrets to another race that lives in secret among certain creatures. Some are out to harm, others to protect. Now in the radar of more villains than she's had to deal with in here life, how will this new discovery effect Smolder's relationship with her friends?

Love is a complicated thing, especially in Smolder’s situation. Her crush is Ocellus, which the changeling is unaware of. After asking for some advice from Sandbar, the dragoness decides to do a school project with just her changeling friend alone.

Little does Smolder know that Ocellus is feeling a little nervous about something that’s been on her mind. It’ll be quite surprised by what she’ll find out.

Sandbar and friends discuss things that are legal and illegal when Sandbar mentions using recreational drugs. Gallus and Smolder decided they wanted to try some for themselves, but they couldn't find any after raiding Sandbar's room. So they settle for the next best thing; Brownies!

And oh man. They are good brownies.

On their way back from the Treehouse of Harmony late one night, Smolder and Ocellus lose track of their way. With the dangers of the midnight hour in the Everfree becoming evident by the minute, the two begin discover more about each other than they ever had before.

Spike is invited by Smolder, to the Dragon Lands for the annual two week holiday. At first Spike is anxious yet excited to spend time with his dragon friend but when he overhears Smolder telling others that he isn’t “dragon material”, he starts to consider backing out leading to a HUGE argument between them. Will Spike’s anxiety get the better of him? What exactly is going on with Smolder? What is she hiding? Will their friendship remain soaring or go up in smoke?

This story explores the complex yet inspiring friendship between Spike and Smolder, and their emotional self-doubts. I don’t think this will be canon since this will take place before Garble is revealed to be Smolder’s sister to Spike and couple days are after Sludge abandoned Spike.

The part where Smolder explains about diet was inspired by "Smolder, the Dragon Tutor" by Smart Mouth

Another year, another Hearths Warming for one Gallus the Griffon. And once again, he's all alone. Sure, he's got his friends, but they don't make a family...

Gilda the griffon: rude, grumpy and no lover of the holidays. But then again, considering her version of Hearths Warming consists of griffons trying not to claw each other's eyes out, who could blame her?

Maybe it's that jolly spirit in the air again, but perhaps just this year, maybe these two griffons will find something that they both need.

Smolder might have stayed in Ponyville out of solidarity with Gallus, but that didn't make the winter any more enjoyable for her. Indeed, if what she just saw is any indication, it's going to be horrifying.

She's right. Just not for the reason she expects.

Spike and the rest of the Student Six visit Mt. Aris, where Silverstream can't wait to show off her culture. Her brother, Terramar, offers to take them out for a swim, but he hasn't had much experience transforming dragons. Hijinks ensue.
