This came into my head today. I had to put it into text. No, I'm not actually that badly depressed today. Just kinda sick and cold medicine hit me hard. Might end up expanding on the universe in another story.

While on her way home from a day with her friends, Apple Bloom runs into Twilight on a trip to Zecora's hut. After insisting to join her, little Apple Bloom gets lost in the woods after chasing a mysterious mare hiding amongst the poison joak. She stumbles upon a town completely isolated within the Ever Free Forest, but something about this town just doesn't feel right...

The Pinkie Pie clones are gone. They have all been zapped back to the Mirror Pond. All, except one.

This particular clone knew that if she stayed around Ponyville, she would be spotted, and end up just like all the other clones. And she didn't want that. So what else is there to do? Escape Ponyville, and to where? Manehatten. Meanwhile, a certain blue unicorn mare is busy trying to make herself look better while ultimately failing. Surprises will await them both.

A normal evening in Ponyville steadily falls into a mystery. The sun has set just like any other day, but the moon never rose to take its place. Even the stars refuse to shine in the sky. With no word from the princesses and most of her friends too busy working to help keep Ponyville functioning, Twilight Sparkle takes it upon herself to get to the bottom of the mystery with a reluctant Fluttershy in tow.

What is causing this phenomenon? And why can't she shake the feeling of being watched?

Applejack accidentally makes the best apple pie in existence (well, according to Rainbow, anyway). She just needs to know what it was she friggin' added in it.

Luna considers herself the guardian of all who call the realm of dreams home during the night, the day, or any other hour slumber might take them. More than that, despite anything that might change that in the waking realm, she considers all dreamers hers in their own special ways...

Saying goodby is difficult, no matter how heartfelt the words exchanged may be. Watching them leave to a place where she knows she can never truly follow is moreso...

Written on a whim over the course of a few days with minimal revision and no formal editor besides my self and running it through a couple of word processors, so if there are any clear grammar/spelling/sentence structure issues please let me know. I will not be adding this to any groups or making any real efforts to share this story beyond posting it here, so feel free to add it to any groups you might think are appropriate and to share the story with whoever you think might enjoy it.
