Spectrum Blaze's therapy is going well, and he is starting to make a mends in his relationship with his daughter. Rainbow Dash has now fully mastered her powers and uses them frequently. After all, raising a rapidly growing Cloud Chaser is NOT an easy task. But like all families they have their ups and downs. Rainbow Dash and Soarin learn how to be parents, but is the stress on top of other personal issues that Rainbow Dash keeps to herself to much for her to bare?! What really happened to Rainbow Dash's mother?!?! Why does she have the powers she has? And just who and what is this shape shifting shadow creature? What is he planning on doing to her family? And will she be able to stop him once and for all? And last but not least, where's Spitfire? Will she even show her face in this story? Or is this all trickery!? Stay tuned!

The setting will take first place at Wonderbolt Headquarters. All of the Wonderbolts were about to have a vacation until, Spitfire changed some plans. King Sombra comes back and some pony brought him back! Princess Celestia gets a letter from him and is really unhappy to see him. The Mane 6 have to stop King Sombra but, in order to do so, they need Rainbow Dash. The element of loyalty is gone and also, the Wonderbolts. King Sombra is making a plan to take over the Crystal Empire. With Shadowbolts helping him, will the plan work? Who let out King Sombra? Will Princess Celestia beat him? Where could Rainbow Dash be? Where are the rest of the Wonderbolts? Will there be a war? Is any pony going to be safe again?

Flash Sentry is Captain of the Ponyville Guard, personal bodyguard to Princess Twilight Sparkle, and a big brother to Scootaloo and First Base. One of these roles is harder than the others, and not even Flash's military training can help him with that.

Sunset Shimmer started cutting soon after the Fall Formal, guilty for what she had done. Then she never stopped, the habit sticking with her. Then Pinkie and Fluttershy find out and ask her to stop.

Soarin wakes up suddenly in the middle of the night. A strange noise catches his attention from the bedroom next to his. What he will discover is going to make him realize - It is time to be true to what is inside his heart.

Pinkie Pie invites everypony in Ponyville to her wedding, and with Princess Celestia as the SDIG (Super Duper Important Guest). Including Rainbow Dash, of course. She doesn't mind to go until she hears Pinkie Pie set up the rules.

One, any pony who attends Pinkie's wedding would have to bring a partner of the opposite gender with them. Two, the lucky mare who gets the bunch of flowers at the end of the wedding must come up on stage to kiss their partner.

Rainbow Dash isn't really comfortable with both rules. First, she doesn't have a partner. Second, she doesn't want to catch the flowers.

Given that Pinkie's wedding is in one month, Rainbow only has one month's time to find a partner...and a dress for the wedding.

Rainbow Dash has never been able to feel emotion since the war of the Crystal Empire began, who can feel anything else when everyone you meet just dies the next day? However, once Celestia brings in the new soldiers a certain one catches Rainbows eye for some reason, but how can anypony love or feel another emotion on the battle field? It's useless, it's stupid, it might be what Rainbow needs now.
