At what should have been a routine doctor's visit, Applejack learns that she can never bear foals of her own. After an emotional breakdown, her friends do their best to calm her.

However, as the discussion develops, nopony is prepared for Twilight's revelation: the grand event which brought them together has left a hidden scar within each of them.

Tempers flare, relationships are strained, and the strength of their friendship is tested as each must come to terms with her newfound sterility.

The Mane 6 get pregnant AGAIN.

It was a month after Garnet Shimmer left Ponyville. Twilight and her friends find their special someponies. And if you saw my picture you can see where this is going.

There's a special clinic for unwed mares who want to have a foal. Everypony knows it exists, even if nopony really wants to talk about it--or to be seen visiting it.

It's called the Family Planning Center, and today, Twilight Sparkle is going there for the very first time.

The "Planningverse" is now officially open, and as such, this story has been retagged "Incomplete", as myself and others will be expanding upon the basic concept here within the core story.

Twilight, in an effort to help Applejack and Rainbow Dash achieve their dream of having a foal together, casts a spell that, unbeknownst to the princess, envelops all of Ponyville and plunges the little ponies (and one dragon) into a vortex of unknown genetic exchange and unplanned parenthood. What's more, the solution may come with severe complications of its own, and thus Twilight finds herself tasked with finding a resolution where there is likely none to be had.

Being the ruler of Equestria, Celestia knows quite a few things. Having lived for an expanse of time most mortals can't ever grasp, she has untold wisdom. That said, when it comes to knowing how to deal with a daughter you've never told anypony about and trying to get her to listen to you before a possible life altering change happens caused by having Alicorn blood... well, Celestia's fairly lost.

Not just that, but Celestia also finds that she's as out of touch with ponies as Luna is, much to her shame. She needs to figure out what it means to be a pony, for her kingdom, for her daughter, and for herself.

Rainbolt never meant to get Firefly pregnant. In fact, he NEVER wanted to have children. Accidents do happen, though, and this one will leave the poor stallion with a sweet, daring, and spunky little filly named Rainbow Dash to raise and care for.

There are many universes in existance, some are almost similar to ours, and some are completely different altogether.

According to this multiverse guide that I "Borrowed" from Stewie, this is an Equestria where Age-Regression is quite popular. And seeing as Age-Regression answered the question to eternal youth, Equestria is now 1000 years technologically advanced.
