A seemingly innocent slumber party goes awry when six best friends engage in a game of competitive dares, testing the limits of their friendship, their will, and eventually uncovering the truth about the death of a fellow student. In the first Equestria Girls movie, it never actually tells us the conversation Applejack and Rainbow Dash have with each other on the soccer field, besides the recap from Applejack at the end. So all of the Appledash fans had to wonder.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash have a real heart-to-heart and make up over an old grudge.

Rainbow Dash and Applejack have been having interesting encounters over the last couple of weeks, but now Rainbow is wondering where it's going. Little does she know, she's about to be surprised.

Rainbow Dash closed her eyes, trying to think about anything but the straps that bound her to the wooden board. She cracked one eye open just enough to see Applejack, smiling mouth full of the knives that would soon be racing though the air towards her. The things some ponies will do for love...

Rainbow Dash comes home to her marefriend Applejack. After a busy day of farmwork, Applejack has some fruit that she needs to count. Rainbow just wants to sniff her mane.

It's obvious to everypony, themselves included, that Applejack and Rainbow Dash have romantic feelings for one another. The only reason they're not together is that they're both convinced that a relationship between them could never work out. Rarity, on the other hoof, is convinced that it could, and Rainbow Dash agrees to a 'three date trial' to prove her wrong...
