Alright, y'all! I'm gonna need your help on this one. I need some names for ponies in the upcoming chapters. More specifically, I need names for Nurses and Guards. Any and all names are helpful, but try and keep them themed (ie no nurses named Apple Fritter, etc).

I suck at names. it takes me a while to come up with them, but if something pops up, I'll shout it out.

Sometimes, if I'm having trouble with names, I look stuff up about the character to help me. Like if its a doctor, then I look up a word like "health", then see how other languages would say that word and that helps to get the creative juices flowing.

I think Pulse would be a good field medic. I get vibes of the operator from the new rainbow six game when I think of that name though.

And since there's obviously an archaic sort of guard, there might be a few batmen mixed in. Yes, it's an actual thing.

Let's see, I think that due to having Doughnut Joe mixed in the with the universe you could probably have something like Whistling Jack, Johnny Tarr, or the likes, at least have a potential smattering of a human name or two coupled with an adjective.

There's always plenty of names to steal from the history, just to get away from the typical adjective + noun naming system that quite frankly gets tiring. Alaric, Arminius, Scipio, Pyrrhus. I mean hell, you can either make Lionheart into an added title or a standalone name. Either way, there are tons of historic names you can draw from for those few badasses that just don't quite have a name to themselves yet.

Extending from that and looking into the medical side of things, there's Galen, Astruc, Fleming, Fallopius. Reed is a popular name for doctors.

So now that I've brainstormed and thought of a better way to harvest polymer in Ark by accident, I'm reading another chapter in the Sunfall series and getting some sleep.

You could also name ponies based on parts of a sword:

... So take those name parts and start slapping them together: Herbal Grace (herb + personality trait), Sable Flint (shield color + stone age sharpening tool), Argent Bright (shield color + shininess), Holy Balm... you get the idea.
