If I remember correctly it starts out with this human who has found rainbow dash in an ally way in a city in human form she find her and take her home after finding out she has a tattoo of wings in the same spot his wife has them he is a bit wiered out apperaently this person so the one she was looking for and turns into a part dragon thign wilhen lightning Stokes and is need to reincarnated as a dragon when he dies
