Why do you keep switching between Crimson and Anderson? I thought her gender identity issues were over?

Anderson is the family name.

Oh!
quite a cool chapter!
what was the jolt of magic earlier?
is she going to become an alicorn?
couldn't becoming an alicorn allow for better interaction with Twilight?
will she ever except the rule of Princess?
will the other ponies ever meet Twilight or Celestia or Luna?
i'm really confused now
"stay tuned for the next episode of... CHAOTIC...TOUCH....OF.....HARMONY"

Look! Another chapter!
(One read later.)
I'm so tempted to instigate another one on one meme fight in the comments...

Darn it, I knew something bad was going to happen when the press conference start, but I didn't think it will be from the Mions. I thought they were too far away to do anything, but now it looks like Alex's team has no choice but to fight to the best of their ability to save the president from the Mions as soon as possible.
It would've worked if you didn't give them the best news they ever could hope for just minutes later, Lexi.
On a second note, considering this line
will the rest of the world's ponies also give in to the fact she's their go-to leader? Imagine every sentient equine across the world admitting her as leader, could they make a new country then?
Finally, Alexia used earth pony powers. She's now 50% more alicorn than before.
I am almost convinced FTL travel is a thing in this story, the mions get around way too quick. Then again, hive mentality can be brutally efficient in certain ways... Still, with the President actively acknowledging Alexia's princedshood, she's bound to feel like the world is pressuring on all sides. The fact that the other for campus location l locations made progress like hers totally debunked her point that "somebody else would have done it". We are still wondering how the social magic gathering aspect of their herd works, filing those thoughts for later...
Keep going! ;)
Also. Why is this chapter marked "mature"? O thought that was last chapter! :p

FTL? It was stated at the beginning of Chapter 19 that its been just over 3 weeks since Rocky Springs.

Huh. I usually consider myself fairly observant, how did we missthat cue? ;p
who remembers in the earlier chapters when they started making the sttlement or whatever befor the government found them and when they went to the science convention they like started building a colony or whatever right????? what happened to that?

Maybe it's natural for ponies to have an Alicorn / God / Almighty leader to worship? That's what i'm thinking, the ponies are predicting her ascension, they just don't know it.
So she's gonna turn into an alicorn huh? Cool.
I facepalmed so hard the smack echoed through the house. Now my face hurts.
Will they be getting their own Tree Of Bullshit?
>it was an excellent way to hone her people’s magic in mass
I think you mean 'en masse'. This occurs a few times in the story
Fitzgerald is way too enthusiastic about encouraging the ponies to form a tribe. He's clearly a Democrat, they love to create collectives to sort into constituencies to be serviced and controlled through designated and subservient tribal representatives.
Also, how did I miss the parallel between the protagonists' wet works team and the 100th battalion and other units formed from the Neisei internment camps? Again, Fitzgerald is a Democrat.
6610885 best way to control the people is to give them what they want as for the camps Nazis were not the only ones America had them to for their own citizens (thoughs of Japanese decedent) still the only good politician is a dead one (well the ones we have today at least)
Is it weird I deeply, genuinely detest Reed and Vanders? I mean, I fully support Alexia becoming a princess, and it seems to be pretty inevitable at this point anyway, but I just hate how they're going about promoting this--at least the others who're trying to make her princess have the basic decency to be up front about their intentions, instead of manipulating events without her knowledge or consent.
I don't know, all I'm sure about is that my first reaction to the bits when Reed started the princess chant and Vanders prevented Alexia from stopping it when she could was "I really, really hate these guys."
No mention whatsoever about the constitutional ban on the US government granting titles of nobility?
The other listed "royalty" are not fair comparisons, since they are not recognised titles by the US government and were given because they were the best at what they do, not because they were the leader of a people. Well, other than Martin Luther King Jr, but he doesn't count either because his surname was literally "King".

one could make an arguement that they aren't granting her a title but simply recognizing one she already had.
