Half the time I don't even know how I do what I seem to do so well. I try not to think too hard on it, for fear of breaking myself in the process.

A sequel to Friends and Family.

Rainbow Dash loves her family more than anything and would do anything for them, even if it means touching on a sore spot for Applejack. Emotions will run high and bonds will be tested when the Element of Loyalty sets out to perform what she considers to be the ultimate good deed.

:rainbowkiss::fluttercry::raritycry::ajsmug: what can i say other than I LOVED THIS?!?!?!

Wow... I have to say that that is some damn good writing...
While I didn't like some plot points, which is a trivial topic, I have to say that the story was amazing... I loved how it portrayed RD perfectly in terms of how loyal she is. Great stuff!

"Quite a seal of approval right there," Timber Chuck chuckled despite his concern.

I need a doctor, no a plumber, my eyes are leaking AGAIN!

Glad you didn't dice these chapters but I do think you should include them with rest of story. Didn't know what the 1 & 2 meant til after and would have like to read this in sequence , so slightly frustrated by this.:fluttercry:

Yay, best ending to a story yet!!:pinkiehappy:

This was definitely a pretty heartwarming story overall.

The weird thing about it, for me, though, is that I found imagining RD living on Sweet Apple Acres permanently a lot easier than imagining her wearing a Stetson hat, despite the fact that the former is a larger change than the latter. Heck, I completely forgot about her hat unless it was directly mentioned within the story. So, in my mind her hat would vanish unless mentioned by the plot.

"When it comes ta family we make the time. Start talkin' dearie," Apple Brandy replied.

No, no you do not. You are both terrible Ponies and should be ashamed of yourselves.

In any case, I'm enjoying this story.

Lovely story. Applejack had a right to be resentful-I wouldn't have been so forgiving in her place-, but it was nice how far RD went for her friend.

I still really enjoy this story. Lots of feels.
