Also, definitely keep this up. Some suggestions for future stories of this style:
1. Dracula Must Die- great episode, and a good storyline that can integrate with the ponies relatively well.
2. Big Boogey Adventure- the TV movie. It was hilarious and it would take you a rather long time, but in the words of Gabe Newell, it would be "worth the weight".
