It's like Equestria At War but way more tonally like the show. Very cute, but I would recommend seamlessly changing perspectives by using omnipresent third person perspective and third person. That way your story can flow together effortlessly and you won't have to use line breaks and ()'s as much.
Cool story.

If I may add, I always perceived the best of innovation in Equestria would be that magic pool Pinkie used to clone herself. You would only need to make one working prototype of anything and use the pool to mass produce it.
Or for crying out loud. This runs into the same major plot holes every war fic has (or just discussing the possibility of war with someone else) that authors refuse to admit to.
Celestia and Luna control the celestial bodies. Use that. Celestia can literally vaporize any army or country stupid enough to declare war on Equestria. They have a navy? Luna uses the moon to make sure they never leave port.
No amount of technology will do you any good when goddesses decide to stop being nice. And this isn't counting what Twilight and Cadance could do if push comes to shove.

That Celestia can conjure nuclear blasts at will is only fanon. She can deprive the enemy nation of daylight or create a heat wave by doing the opposite. She cannot do this without global consequences however. It's the same with Luna weaponizing the moon. The damage cannot be contained to just the enemy nation. Equestria and every other nation on the planet will suffer as well.
So at best control over sun and moon can be used as a "If we die, we can take everypony with us" WMD. Basically a dead man switch. The princesses can make sure that Equestria will not be destroyed as a nation, but if another country has smaller war goals using their powers is not really feasible.
