The greatest land where ponies have lived and thrived for centuries under the warming rays of Celestia's sun. They welcomed each new day with joy, forged friendships, and shared love. And they believed it was unshakable.
Everything changed when a cosmic body crashed onto Appleloosa, bearing death itself in the form of a green crystal. Barely had Equestria recovered from the Storm King's invasion, but it was as if the sky itself had unleashed its fury upon the ponies by some unknown fate. A town in the desert perished, and the green crystal took root. It infected the land, twisted the plants, and destroyed all living things.
The unprecedented disaster that engulfed the entire country alarmed the alicorn sisters like nothing else in their incredibly long lives, and Twilight Sparkle threw all her might into finding a way to eradicate the green plague. But it was only the beginning of great sorrow.
Looking up at the stars, nopony could have imagined that somewhere in their depths a darkness blacker than the night had been spreading since time immemorial. Demons from bygone eras, they had long roamed the cosmos, savoring death and asserting it wherever life was encountered. Their tentacles wrapped around the very fabric of creation. And now, having already conquered a fragment of the Universe known as Earth, they extended the shadow of their relentless darkness to touch the world of the little ponies, preparing to subject it to every trial.
And they would watch coldly as the Fire of Harmony waned and dimmed!..

(Author's Note: This fanfic is a crossover between MLP: FiM and the Command and Conquer and Crysis game series, which are merged into a single universe with a shared timeline here. The plot takes place significantly after the conclusion of both of them.
In terms of FiM's chronology, the story of this fanfic starts in the following autumn after the Storm King's invasion of Canterlot, as depicted in My Little Pony: The Movie. Therefore, it's an alternate development of events in the eighth season, where the Pillars of Old Equestria were not returned to the present time.

The idea here is that the events start some time after the Storm King's invasion but without taking into account the events of the last two episodes of the seventh season. In other words, it's as if the events of the movie happened after that episode where Sunburst visited Ponyville to see Starlight (by the way, his purchase of the barrel in the antique store will also be discussed in a new light here), at the end of the seventh season. Thus, the events of this fanfic essentially serve as an alternative eighth season. This idea is supported by the fact that in the movie, there was not a single indication that the Pillars had returned... strangely enough.
Thanks! Yes, I decided to merge the C&C and Crysis universes, although initially, I had the idea to write two separate crossovers between MLP and both of them. Gradually, the idea of combining both chronologies emerged when I noticed that in the Tiberium universe, New York was never mentioned (except for one comic about events preceding Tiberian Twilight, but that's much later than all events in Crysis), not to mention Lingshan. And also NYC located in the Blue Zone, which can explain the absence of Tiberium in Crysis. The only thing left was to establish the chronology sequence.

No problem! I think it can be arranged to include a brief reference and attach images under each chapter where a particular unit, structure, or weapon was involved. However, I won't be able to show everything visually. Yes, the vast majority of units featured in the fanfic are taken directly from the original series. But occasionally, you will encounter creations of my own, which are typically variations based on existing units. The "flying fortresses" introduced in this chapter, for example, fall into that last category.

Descriptions of the aliens that landed seem like the Marked of Kane but the aliens in the flying fortresses sounded like Scrin.

Indeed, those strangers who arrived in Ponyville on subterranean machines are the Marked of Kane, as evidenced by their appearance. However, regarding those aliens who openly showed hostility towards the ponies, things are quite ambiguous. On the one hand, these flying fortresses do resemble Scrin technology, as does the fact that they used fighter drones, similar to those on planetary assault carriers. But on the other hand, they deployed Ceph infantry from the Crysis series in Ponyville.
Well, soon something will clarify the nature of these aliens...

Equestria has not made allies with the changelings the dragons or the Kieran and the spread hasn't hit two other countries or haven't crossed the border yet but if it already affected Appaloosa the Griffins should be dealing with this as well

The storyline of this fic takes place around the eighth season, but in an alternate version where the Pillars of Old Equestria haven't been returned to the present time. Consequently, Discord has been freed, reformed, and will soon make an appearance. Equestria maintains contact with changelings and dragons, although kirins have not entered the picture yet. The spread of tiberium has not yet affected the countries of all the aforementioned creatures, but... it seems to be only a matter of time.

I totally forgot about them but also the diamond dogs sit probably be included as well. Surprisingly Twilight hasn't sent a scientific team to study the crass alien spaceships maybe because of all the stress but I guess it's only been like half a day technically 2 days but she was unconscious.

Really curious as to how LEGION knows about Twilight and her title, was my little pony a form of fiction in the C&C universe or was it due to simply recon?
we know that sonic weapons can destroy or atleast disassemble Tiberium, so can Batponies be able to reach such frequency to effect the Tiberium if enhanced with GDI sonic crystals?

This will be discussed in detail in the next chapter. However, considering that in the C&C universe the story developed differently from ours, all the way back since 1995 (taking into account the crossover with the Crysis universe here, the idea of the origin of the Tiberium storyline from the first Red Alert wasn't considered), it's quite possible that FiM never existed in it.
Interesting thought! Of course, batponies will appear here, although not very soon. But when that happens, we'll need to consider the question of their impact on Tiberium. Thanks for the idea! 🙏
