This is what I like about these kinds of stories. The main person is not really so easily swayed. It takes a high level of reinforcement to put someone in a sub mindset and definitely if they spent most of their life as a Dom. Hitting them talking down to them and trying to gaslight them won't work. It will just throw fire on the base of what they are. And it's not simply, I'm going to overwhelm you with pleasure to make you submit. That's not a realistic way of breaking somebody.
