Like find a secluded island or somewhere far from civilization with anti magic material like Chrysalis' old throne and build around it to create the ideal defense. Then, a day or so before the heat cycle kicks in, Anon takes off to hide there for the night and save himself from being crushed to the point of needing a full body cast.

Do what Chris Pratt did in Jurassic World: oil, anything with a strong scent, it covers it’s up. Or you can wear half ton Mk VII Mjolnir powered assault armor, but, I doubt that would hold, let alone the overshield, against an alicorn
