True, though I must say he was taking an awful lot of sadistic glee in her behavior, such that his total nonchalance after the fact felt almost too starkly in opposition of his mannerisms while actively tormenting his prey. It may be crude of me to say, but when the text mentioned him 'taking a leak', it took me rereading the sentence a few times to reconcile the fact that he was in fact pissing in the basin and not on Spring. Just seemed like the kind of trash who would take one last step to defile her further, whether that be by marking her with his scent in that base manner, or even just turning just so to spit on her.
