The lower floors of the Rainbow Factory are largely ignored by most of its employees. Everything there works by itself, and there's no real reason to visit them anymore. But sometimes, something down there still breaks, and someone needs to be sent there to fix it. The Factory is very careful in choosing who, exactly, is sent to deal with it, and not without reason.
