Every restaurant has good points and bad points for the common customer. Restaurant critics exist for the sole purpose of telling everyone else what a restaurant does well and what they do poorly. That means knowing the food and drink, for sure, but it also means knowing a reasonable price, good decor, live music if applicable, and understanding exactly what type of pony would enjoy such a place. Other things as well, but these are some of the most important ones.

The best critics caneven tell you when the ketchup and mayonnaise are hoof-crafted. That's a good indicator for effort.

I thought it would be a nice way to tie everything up in a neat little bow. It's a continuous narrative, rather than a collection of stuff that happened.
