I did think about that and did simulate the possible outcomes. It resulted in the chances of it succeeding being severely low considering that Discord was in the area and watching over the entire thing. It would only take Discord either taking the blow or summoning objects in front of them to make that method completely worthless (Discord can't take any physical damage).
