Hi there, I find your story concept to be an interesting one. But can you tell me briefly about this chapter because my mind is having trouble to understand it. Not that I'm saying it's a bad story or any negativity...
1103920 This is why I wanted to write stories on the back history.
Okay, the ALicorns and Dragons were in a fierce war that raged on through thousands of years. So, in fit to make peace, and with both sides recently losing major capital cities, Hera, the daughter of Odin, sued for peace using the incentive of marriage to unite the races. As prince, and future king of the dragons, Neltharion was the one chosen to wed Hera.
Of course, Zeus doesn't take kindly to this, since he fancies Hera for himself.
It's a long and complicated back history. I'm sorry if you didn't get it, but I couldn't put it all down in this one instance. You'll see more later, or in another story of mine.
Sorry for any confusion, I just like to detail my history.

3.Zeus *who I presume is an Alicorn ?*wants Alicorn Princess for himself.
And who is Malygos ?
1103972 If you knew about WOW (World of Warcraft) You'd know that Malygos is the ruler of the blue flight of dragons. But in this universe, he's just a friend of the Neltharion.
(It was Hera's idea about the wedding. She wanted to end the war at any means neccesary.)

You may want to read over it for small grammar oddities and some funny wording, and the transition between Neltharion's thinking and the narration could be smoother.
