I think that Applejack has too much common sense to be taught PC – or rather the excessive type of PC – and would snort in derision.
Now that would be a good way to present various reasons for rejecting the absurd, inflated sense of "PC" that some people have.
To elaborate on that, I'm not against PC: I think that in normal amounts it's just like common sense and morals – don't stereotype by gender, color, etc. – but various people tend to be over the top about it, overreacting to jokes and plain, common comments. The whole point of this series, in other words.

Saying we instead I all the time would not only freak others out, it would force me to butcher the english language just to speak. And that's the honest truth. If I had to guess from your writing, I'd have said that it seems to be written by a verbally hyperactive person, probably a young female. Heh, that's one significant thing I don't like about commenting on the Internet: I never know what pronouns I should use.
Well, in any case, you do you and I do me. We all have our own personalities, and I'm not one to judge someone just for feeling the way you do. If anything I just find it interesting.
I myself, while not on the level of genders being different, often think that there's two different 'versions' of me inside: a 'main' me which is directed by my conscious ethics, morals, and ideology; and a 'cynical/darker' me which doesn't give a damn about those and thinks what it will, and I often consciously counter what it says, which is what leads to me thinking of it as different. Usually I just keep the second side filtered from my mouth and argue against it, when I'm frustrated/angry I don't bother countering it, and if I'm arguing with a person I don't like I let it rip and have it cynically and methodically deconstruct every flawed thing they say in my mind until it's useless.

It's pretty hard to find posts referring to the cake in Mario 64: I had to check Reddit. Apparently, the cake wasn't a lie, and though the cake was the lure, there wasn't a quote like "the cake is a lie." At least, according to what I can find, since I never played it myself.

Well, it all depends on your definition of "exists."
If it means "existing as a concept/idea" or "existing inside a fictional world such as a novel," then your cake does exist. If "exists" means "existing as a physical object in real life", then your cake doesn't exist.
I said it exists by both the first and second definition, but it seems you were thinking in the terms of the third definition. I'm also probably delving into semantics a bit deeply.
