“I have to be in court in an hour!” She exclaimed, flying out of bed. “I’m sorry, Anon, but I must prepare!”

No offense, but why does she have to be in court? I thought royal figures never had to testify or be prosecuted (although I am writing a story where Twilight Sparkle goes on trial for treason). Is she just there to watch, like in "The People's Court"?

...or is she suing Anon for sexual assault?

“My mind is wandering too much tonight.” She said. “I’ve postponed my court until tomorrow.”

OK, so is Luna the judge? No offense, but wouldn't it be awkward for the person judging your case to also be the one who can dissolve parliament, veto any legislation, and declare war against any other country?

“I saw it in your dreams.” She said, propping herself up a bit. “At first, I thought it was just a subconscious desire of yours, but when I probed deeper, I realized that it was a memory. Then I thought back to the time I had fallen asleep so suddenly and I knew that was when you had done it.”

So whose dreams can Luna enter and what can she do while there?

I honestly enjoyed this story, it was short, simple, and sweet. The whole rape thing didn't even bother me either. If anything, I believe it added to it. Great job dude! 👍

Wrong kind of court. She has royal night court, essentially a royal duty to listen to the goings on of the kingdom, commerce, and community and act upon them. It's a pretty common aspect of royalcentric stories especially regarding MLP where the Princesses are expected to give a dang about the citizens.
