Most dowbthumbs on a story like this are due to content.
While I do not care for the story premise. That is not what earned a downthumb from me. Rather I suggest to the author to get 1-3 editors on his team. The story jumps from 1st to 3rd person randomly, there are many grammatical errors. All would have been caught by a editor.
