Twilight was not having a good day, as another pony came crashing into her home in a complete panic and expected one Twilight Sparkle to make it go away.

"And then I turned around, and the wheel was back on!" the pony gasped, having turned the first half of their story into gibberish.

"You're complaining about the ghost having fixed your wagon?" Twilight asked.

The pontificating pony stopped long enough to consider. "Heh, heh, I guess I am. But what if it creeps into our houses and watches us sleep?"

Twilight sighed. "I'm looking into it." She gestured at the stack of books on ghosts she'd been researching.

She watched the pony leave, only to have Applebloom come charging in. "Twi, what if the ghost decides to start eating ponies? We know it eats muffins and bagettes!"

Twilight was hoping the ghost would eat her first.

I may expand this to a greater degree, but the horror seemed appropriate for Halloween

Sounds interesting. Some kind of quantum lock effect? I guess written communication would be possible, although probably in drawings as pony written language doesn't seem to be intelligible (yet).

He could comunicate with pictures or act out scenes with the poniqins from caroussel Boutique...
He should understand that time seems to slow or stops near him, otherwise the items would be seen moving around on their own by him...

8522444 I'm often accused of making hypercompetent protagonists, I'm not sure this character would realize this or have the wherewithal to figure it out.

Is there going to be a follow up story or an update to this one? Because time is the greatest teacher perhaps they will contact each other somehow. I love the concept of this story very much. It is also written very well. Good work ;)

I sorta get what was going for here, but the writing was severely clunky, which made it very difficult to immerse one's self into the story.

This was nice.

The concept reminds me of something out of a sci-fi show (either one of the Star Treks or Stargate...probably both); two sets of living beings sharing and occupying the same physical space and time, however they are out of phase with one another and incapable of physically interacting or even observing the other party.

For a hardcore I-wanna-go-to-Equestria fan this would have to be like the worst nightmare.
So close, yet so far.
