Raindrops was invited over by Sparkler to hang out. Unfortunately for Raindrops, Sparkler was just bored and invited over some of her unicorns friends so they could have some "fun" with her.
Raindrops has a miserable day with the unicorns, who want to do everything imaginable to her.

Likewise, drunkenness can cause people, or in this case ponies, to do very bad things and very stupid things. Hell I only got half way through this before I got bored with it. Having them all drunk just made this story boring as hell. If the unicorns had their mental capacities and were doing this for sinister reasons, I likely would have enjoyed this and gave it a thumbs up.
