Practice with screwloose
Screwball was in her room pacing as she tried to decide whom she should grant three wishes. Her trusty mutt Screwloose was lying on a large cushion watching her owner contemplate. Literally, screwball's thoughts were appearing on a white board above her head as she moved.
“What do you think loosy?” Screwball asked stopping and staring into the pony's eyes. Screwloose just licked her mistresses nose and gave a yap.
“I know! I will grant you three wishes as practice. And since you can’t talk I’ll just read your mind!” Screwloose just barked.
A counter appeared above Screwloose’s head and the number three was displayed. In a flash screwball disappeared a lamp taking her place. The dogpony sniffed at the object, which was purple and had a shade depicting her owner sitting on a throne of peanut brittle.
A blue mist poured out of where the light bulb should have been. “What do you desire master?” a blue tinited Screwball said with a giggle, adjusting her turban atop her white and purple curls. Then adjusting her signature beanie on top of the turban.
The dogpony tilted her head and in two flashes of light- one making a quacking sound, one roaring like a lion.- a tin of dog treats and a chew toy shaped like Celestia appeared.
“and your third wish” Screwball patted Screwloose on the head. The dogpony gave a contented sigh and began chewing on her new toy.
“Pets” Screwball giggled shaking her head. “Their wants are so simple.”
Screwball spun around donning a sergeant’s helmet, and summoning a black board covered in drawings of ponies' heads. “Alrighty then time to buckle down!” a belt appeared and she pulled it taught.
“So who should I grace with my screwy presence….”
At that moment a trickling sound came from behind her.
“Maybe I should take loosy for a walk first.” She said looking back at her beloved pet.

Didn't check the first chapter as I usually finish a story before commenting, so I may have missed some.
, and I'm curious if she'd want to fix her eyes, or not as they help define her. Or perhaps Scootaloo or the CMC I'd imagine we all know what they'd wish for

I want a logic master of some sort. Trying to break the rules with loopholes, like using the wishes to learn time travel, then use access of time travel to bring a clinically dead pony to the present for resuscitation. Possibly revive Sombra, for shits and giggles. Selfish reason: Fuck you, Celly, ponies WILL find a way around rules. Or Screwloose's family wishing for her back. Or Chrysalis, wishing for revenge, then using the revenge as a step to help the other changelings. Or Diamond Tiara, wishing for wealth, fame, friends, power... Then have Tiara's wishes be used to change HER instead of others, like she wanted. Feel free to use ALL of them, possibly in combination.
Like Screwball decides to give wishes to all of them but Chryssy, 'cause she dead, and goes to DT first, with power being given by Screwball by making her a changeling 'queen', then making ponies pity her for her suffering, thus giving her friends, which gets the wealth and/or fame, as far as changeling are concerned. With that getting the attention of the logic master, who marvels at the display of a classic Gennie gambit. He/she then wishes for knowing how to time travel, brings Chrysalis back from the moment of her death, wishing for her wounds to be healed, with his last wish wishing for Chryssy to get a turn. Then Screwball gives Chryssy her wishes, with the same gambit as DT to make her be good out of her selfish desires. Preferably with a temporary takeover of Canterlot. Event followed by a crying Trollestia, marveling at the display of manipulation.

Just remembered the line on Screwloose's family. For that, have the logic master give 'advice' to both Screwball and the family member to get them to sort-of agree on making 'Loose remember that she is a pony, without completely taking her away from Screwball. Consider these comments a suggestion for a story arc. Would REALLY like the logic master being a recurring character, messing with everyone wishing by giving both them and Screwball ideas. Sort of a devil to Celestia's angel, with the two of them on the 'shoulders' of Screwball and the wisher.

On screwloose's family she doesn't have one. She is from discord's original reign where he found a dead body fixed it up and stuck the mind of a dog in it. Ponyville hospital took care of her in screwballs absence thinking she was mentally disturbed.
