Good so far, I will post my full opinion at the end of the story currently.
Opinion: I am not a fan of sad stories but I won't let that get in the way of a good review. The story has a plot, and not much else. It has no plot twists of any kind but this is expected as it is a short letter more then story. Either way it is nothing you will cry over but is heartwarming nonetheless.
Score: 5/10
Summary: A letter written to sadden you and make you feel. It is successful to an extent.

I was sad at the first chapter and smile at the second beautiful and simple , you can't mark a story down because it short, simple or not your taste and I love the last line

so the doctor takes tempest to a restaurant at a specific time, so he can see ditsy again, but he cant interfere with the time line, so he cant go up and say hello to ditsy. it hurts to see her again, but does tempest know the timeline situation, or that she is seeing her mother at a different time, but cant reveal who she really is? or doesn't she know the situation.

She doesn't know. She knows who her mother is but the doctor is always careful to choose places where Ditzy is in the background so that Tempest wont notice her. However if Tempest did notice her she is far enough in her timelord education to know not to interact with her.
