Uh...one thing. Pinkamena changed back into Pinkie Pie. After the death of her friend, Pinkamena died too, and the true Pinkie Pie was restored.
Rainbow Dash was revived, and they forgave her, taking that she wouldn't do it again. After all, who doesn't have insanity moments?
So..don't get your point XD (or was I not clear?)

Maybe the magic of frienship's powerful like that? Gee, I dunno. But wait - Rainbow Dash was revived and *almost* everypony was happy again. The whole Cupcakes thing didn't matter anymore, and so Pinkie Pie got lucky and was forgiven, assuming it was only a Pinkamena Diane Pie thing - that happens when she is sad and lonely.
In the next few chapters ((sorry for not publishing
)), everypony works hard to keep Pinkamena Diane Pie from returning. So,they sorta forgave Pinkie Pie, but however, they strived to keep her distracted - and happy.

The characters seem too fake.
Twilight would not simply laugh at Pinkie hearing sinister voices, the pure psychology of it would peak her interest. Or have you forgotten that Twilight is a scholar?
Furthermore Pinkie clearly didnt just "have a moment" because the original fanfiction stated that she had done this before. Many times. Based off of artwork and information from the story itself I came to the conclusion that prior to rainbow dash, Pinkie killed one Griffon,three pegasi, eight unicorns, and based off the size of the dress in most fanart ,approximately twelve earth ponies making a total of twenty four vicious murders.
Not to mention Pinkie only kills other ponies when she runs out of meat, so her system is clearly run by "supply and demand". The more ponies ask for cupcakes, the more ponies she kills, meaning that she could have been doing this for years.
And honestly the story feels as though a child wrote it.
Here is what I mean. Both these sentences are the same.
After her final words, Pinkie Pie sort of shut her mind, and the voice left her head.
Now here is my version.
After her final words, Pinkie Pie shut out the sinister voice's taunting, and eventually forced it to fade back into her subconscious.
Even the slightest improvement in vocabulary can empower your words and make your story more interesting. Thank you for reading.

Surprisingly i like this story. i like how you have the two personalities separate from one another. i am so glad you aren't spelling pinkie pinky like the mouse from pinky and the brain that really annoys me. i am a huge pinkie fanboy so its hard for me to enjoy fics where she is portrayed like this unless its about her alternate personalty pinkamena.
