I haven't commited any murders, but this is what I noticed that you need to work on. Diamond is the ring leader and is going to be tougher then you can imagine. She may be a spoiled little bitch, but she might be able to fight back. Rid the world of these little monsters and make sure the Crusaders can be happy in a world without senseless bullying.
They should have stopped by now.. After this, they are in Sweetie's hooves. Good start and look forward to reading the next chapter

On one hand I want her to succeed, but this slip into madness is starting to worry me. Good story, you have talent. Talent big enough to cause me to break my one and only rule and that is to wait till a story is complete before reading. I have seen Evil Crusader stories for Scoots and Bloom, Twist (and Rarity... but she isn't a crusader and that is a completely different story) but not Sweetie and this looked too good.
Creepy first chapter comment aside, I think this story is wonderful. Hopefully it isn't 20 years till it is complete and I forget what is happening. Is this going to be a Fluttershy mentor story? You have huge talent. Redundancy is redundant but it is really true.
10/10 so far, just don't end this morally and kill Sweetie or have her go on death row.

It destroyed me emotionally and left me a wreck.... It happens to be on my favorite stories list among Rainbow Factory
I refuse to read the 2nd and 3rd, but the first one was good if emotionally exhausting.
The only thing I can think of that is worse than being executed is being rehabilitated for life and being away from her friends. I was going to ask what can possibly beat the emotional yet epic tear jerker of Secret Life, but that comes to mind.
Another is being in a coma... but personally I find that first option much worse. Maybe banishment? Banishment is bad.... Sweetie lives for her friends and it is obviously going to be some sort of comeuppance (though really, she needs to get away with it) involving separation from her friends.
Death is still pretty bad, but Sweetie lives for her friends and that is pretty much the punishment I can think up.

Scootaloo is my Best Pony. I read some downers with her already, but I adore her. I actually like them all, but in order of likability, I like Scoots and Sweetie with AB and Babs coming in last. They are all really closely linked.
As for best Mane 6? Well I like and adore a combination of Fluttershy (personality and social issues) and Dash. I am not opposed to Scootabuse, but I really prefer it to have a happy ending for HER at least.
If you are worried, I read A Fun Day and it damn near killed me. My heart and soul actually died a little. The Scootatragedies amount to 4. All are grimdarks surprisingly....
Sweetie, is the cutest Crusader and lovable in every way. I root for them and them alone.
I can think of two routes for your story.... focusing on Sweetie will make it "hurt" less than if you focused MORE on say Diamond Tiara after awhile.... POV is EVERYTHING in these stories
