Rules
Core rules (repeated breaking = ban)
1. No foalcon or pedophilia, clop is allowed, but in specific folder. (one severe breaking = ban)
2. No real life racism and other discriminations.
3. No breaking site rules or laws of your country.
Side rules (rarely causing ban)
1. Story should focus on Sweetie Belle at least as side character, Sweetie Belle tag is recommended.
2. Sweetie Belle should be the one doing something "evil", "bad", taboo or mean spirited.
3. Stories that will feature Evil Belle in future goes to specific folder and only after PM to me (founder).
4. All stories must go to specific folder (based on major themes of story).
5. Clop goes only to specific folder.
6. Humanized, Anthro or Sweetiebot is allowed and goes to standard folders.

342979 From your description I would say Criminal, if she causes that death it might go to Killer and depending on severity of her breakdown it might be also Insanity. Quite hard to tell from this short description.
In my story sweetie goes as far as vandalizing and almost committing suicide (one pony in the story actually does) and there is some death in it. (Not including the suicide) where would I put that?

Posting 100k+ story that features one foalcon scene mostly out of screen would simply result in some PM discussion with author about adding warning to his fic.
Posting clopfic featuring young Sweetie would result in warning and I would add user to some private list of sinners.
Posting real life pedophilia video link would result in ban without prior notice and reporting user for breaking site rules. And also me going to find bucket.
