can shendu transform back into spike? and i think the idea the cmc as the kaijus axhead or knifehead for applebloom, Leatherback or Otachi for scootaloo, Raiju or Slattern for sweetie belle

It good to see you continuing this story. I'm looking forward to seeing Shendu still having some of Spike's personality like still seeing Rarity as a love interest. And maybe while Shendu is fighting the teenage dragons and seeing that Rarity is watching Shendu will show off to impress Rarity and its would be funny to see him try to make her his queen.
If Shendu is 20 feet like it says in the first chapter, Garble doesn't have a chance. Shendu could bite his head off as if he was an animal cracker.
