The Wonderbolts are many things. They're defenders; athletes; weatherponies; role models. But one thing they don't typically do is interact with the breezies. Even though the pegasi and the breezies have had a long-standing symbiotic relationship since the founding of Equestria, entomology simply isn't in a Wonderbolt's job description.

So you can imagine Lightning Dust's annoyance when she's signed up for a voluntary expedition to the breezies' home in the far east in order to collect their nectar. You can also imagine her surprise when she discovers that she's not only working alongside a cadet from the Academy, but also an actual Wonderbolt. Seeing this as her opportunity to get back in the Wonderbolts' good graces, Lightning decides to make the best of the situation and impress Fleetfoot with her skills. After all, gathering nectar from a bunch of bugs (read: fairies) should be a cinch for a future Wonderbolt.

Spitfire is tired and just wants to spend Hearth’s Warming Eve curled up on her couch reading her book. Why is Fleetfoot knocking at her door? Why is she acting so weird? Why can’t Spitfire figure this book out?

The Wonderbolts realized they wronged Rainbow after falsely accusing her for sending Spitfire away. Knowing what they did was wrong, Soarin and the others try to fix their mistakes at the urging of Spitfire. Even if they didn't get ordered by their captain, they were going to apologize anyway. They quickly find out forgiveness isn't just given out.

Rainbow Dash and Soarin are now newly weds. However, just because they got their happily ever after, doesn't mean every pony else will. Fire Streak learns this the hard way: you don't always get what you want, but sometimes what you do get may end up being just a bit better then you thought.

For some ponies, a party is the highlight of the week.

For Wonderbolts, it's their downtime.

Very slice-of-life. Like, seriously, nothing happens, it's just nice hanging out.

Soarin is a very manly stallion. They don't let just anypony become Co-Captain of The Wonderbolts.

But that doesn't mean he doesn't have fears. One of those is making his captain, Spitfire, angry. So it's only natural he'd panic when he rips his flight suit during training.

Taking the advice of a friend Soarin goes to Carousel Boutique to have his flight suit repaired. And when he does so he meets the Boutique's owner, Rarity.

Soon after his visit the Wonderbolt Co-Captain finds that his thoughts keep drifting back to the beautiful seamstress. And that can mean only one thing, he's in love.

But how's he suppose to prove his affections to Rarity? And more importantly, is he the "prince charming" Rarity's been looking for?

Getting into the Wonderbolts was tough. Staying in the Wonderbolts was easy. Maintaining solid conversation with her family at home, specifically her younger sister? That's an ongoing process.
