I've never read the comic about Sunset's fall. This is purely something written for some creative fun.

Sunburst after having the responsability fo creating a new spell, travels to her mom's house for a weekend to calm down some stress due to his work, but he kept working on that spell and something went wrong... Sunburst transformed into a mare. After this, Sunburst asks Stellar Flare; now turned into a mare, to make one of her plans for Sunburst and she will try to make her triumph at Manehattan.

Starlight Glimmer, amazing mare who travels from town to town solving problems, switching marks, learning friendship lessons, and rivaling Trixie and Sunset. Come and see her beginnings how after she loses her friend Sunburst who goes away to attend Luna's magic school, she descends into a dark and emo life. However when an evil rogue mage comes to town she meets a team of knight's who ask for her fathers aide and Starlight becomes obsessed with learning about this mysterious stallion leading the pack: Mars, who seems to have also taken a liking to her.

See her overcome her emo angst, and then on an epic mission for the fate of Equestria and setting her on her destined path with her new mentor!

Since I had already seen the whole show, getting used to how Equestria works wasn't that complicated, the difficult part was fitting in and not being seen as a furless monkey, I'm the only human here and it's normal for ponies to be afraid of you, I think.
I will have to earn their trust before I go on adventures, they should know that I am not here to hurt anyone.

This fanfic is more than anything, about what I would love to do if I was really in Equestria.
I would also like to know if on some occasions a character acts OOC, I only watched the entire show twice so I might still be wrong.

Another piece of my Harmonyverse AU. Stellar Flare is Sunset's mother, making Sunburst her little brother; also among her siblings are Starlight Glimmer and Moondancer. Mostly takes place in the pony world. This is a quick description of the life that Sunset led before, during, and after the events of canon.

Includes Sunset (she/her) as a transgender lesbian with ADHD and anger management issues. Sunburst is also a transman along with his partners and Princess Celestia. Everybody is probably some form of m-spec, except Celestia, who is just really, really gay, and cannot stop mothering queer children. Trixie has ADHD and Sunset's cousin Short Fuse has anger issues, too. Pony! Trixie x Sunset romance. Transphobia and misgendering (POV of somebody who doesn't know their trans yet and doesn't know their sibling is trans, their correct pronouns are used by others refer to them with the wrong gendered titles; a character is called a "tranny" and wrongly referred as an 'it'), polyam-phobia and a whorephobic comment and forced outing (by a child but still), self-esteem issues and imposter syndrome, emotional child neglect/abuse, explosive episodes, "cheating" parents (or is it?), those general themes. Sunburst lost his father when he was young, amidst the troubles with magic school, missing Starlight, and figuring out his sexuality. Truly looking back, feeling as if it happened yesterday, he takes a moment out of his day to remember the moment in depth.

Sunburst is receiving letters too often about the same dull topic of his future from his mother, Stellar Flare. He tries to relax in Ponyville, but now the letters are following him. At the suggestion of Aita, they and Starlight Glimmer take a trip to Sire's Hollow to report Stellar Flare's familial behavior, where FIrelight volunteers to help.
