When the Carnival rolls into Ponyville Big Mac sets out to sell the family wares. While he's there, he comes across a sideshow that may just change his life forever. And the lives of everypony in Ponyville.

When a letter from Celestia urges Twilight to be her own pony and find love, she begins to see and experience things that she never knew were there.

Seven stories, all connected by geography, time, and theme. A storm is coming out of the Everfree, and it sets the stage for seven ponies to think. Or not to think, as they choose. To learn or to run. Or just to be quiet and to know.

Spike is a baby dragon, a "son" to a certain unicorn, a loverboy, a friend, a neighbor, but overall, Spike is the coolest, bestest dragon ever.

On orders of Princess Celestia and Captain of the Canterlot Guard Gibraltar, the Ponyville contingent of the E.U.P. Guard, lead by Lieutenant Meadow Song, is sent to shadow the trip of the Element Bearers with "Bloomberg" to Appleloosa. They quickly become caught up in the conflict between the Appleloosans and buffalo tribe, rumored to be deliberately being stoked by ex-Agent of Chaos rebels in the area, and have to separate truth from fiction while upholding the duty of protecting Equestrian citizens. What happens? You'll have to read to find out!

How will Rainbow Dash cope with the new secrets she returns with? Will she push Applejack aside on her return? Or are both girls willing to fight for what is merely hidden? (Pfft of course they are!
