Donnie works on his old teleportation invention, while Twilight needs help on her school assignment on Thanksgiving Day on 17th century. Donnie decides to help her by trying out the teleportation machine. Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Mikey join along with them as they teleported to 1773 by mistake.

They join along with two teenage reporters, Sarah Phillips, James Hiller, and their young friend Henri Richard Maurice.

Together they'll have what it takes to understand and observe the ways the English people and Indians having Thanksgiving together.

Triceraton scientist named Harzona was living in the Triceraton Homeworld during the old rule. When the homeworld was being destroyed, he and his team tried to escape using a science ship. But when it failed, they decided to use a one-Triceraton inter-dimensional escape shuttle that doubles as a lab. Reluctantly, he boarded. He promised his team he'd never let hatred rule him. His original plan was to meet up with the Utrom, in hopes of finding a new homeworld for survivors. But the inter-dimensional navigation system was damage and he crashed on a Starswirl the Bearded era Equestria. As his ship plummeted, he slipped into a stasis chamber to survive the crash.

After Mikey got his scar from Jagwar and quitted the team, he traveled to a dimension where humans and humanoid animals lived. He reunites with Napolian Bona-frog and becomes a music star. He then meets a female humanoid lizard who is a music star too, she'll be Mikey's next love. Then his new ninjitsu'ish and superpowerful journey begins with the Young Six, The Rock "N" Beats, and teenagers with super ninjitsu powers. And they also meet...The Transformers, who came to their dimension to find pieces of the allspark and put a stop to Megatron and the Decepticons.

The Turtles and the Rainbooms had been enjoying their as usual. There was not much crime to fight and had enjoyed doing what they did best at CHS.

At the same time, a man with nothing to lose just so happens to arrive in Canterlot City. And he has a form of justice that puts him in conflict with the our heroes.

He is Frank Castle. He is the Punisher. Where justice ends...Punishment begins!
