Over the past six weeks, Fun Time Rush were performing concerts and selling out stadiums from city to city throughout their worldwide tour.
In Baltimare, the news reporter interviewed the boys , “So tell me. How's your first tour?”
Mind Tempo answered, “It's awesome. We love performing so close to the fans.”
“Oh, and I love performing so close to the food court!” Cloudburst exclaimed and ate corndogs in front of the camera.
In Chicoltgo, the boys held up fan signs to reply their fans. It read, “FTR ❤️'s U!”
In Fillydelphia, they were interviewed at the state fair. The farmer announced in front of the camera with Beryl, Diamond and Cloudburst, “And if you get to the state fair today, Fillydelphia, you'll get a free concert by Fun Time Crush!”
“Rush!” Diamond Glow corrected the interviewer.
“Right,” The farmer nodded. “And enter a chance to win their autographed pig.”
Mind Tempo had a difficult time signing the autographed pig, Layla, due to moving around. “Oh, Layla! Wait one second. Wait, Layla!”
After their six weeks of touring around the states, it was over and the boy band moved back to Canterlot.
The next day, Fun Time Rush were heading back at the mall and entered the doors, celebrating.
“Oh, there's no place like home!” Mind Tempo said in relief and knelt down to kiss the floor.
Cloudburst agreed, “Yeah!”
“Hey!” Diamond Glow called everyone in the hallway. “Fun Time Rush is back!” He announced and the rest of his pals cheered.
However, everyone ignored them and nothing changed when they left. No welcome back party and no recognition except the new people in Canterlot.
“Huh? Who are all these people?” Cloudburst asked.
Then, Mr. Cranky Doodle walked up to them and dryly answered, “It's Fall and all the new kids with new dreams have arrived. Woo.”
Seconds later, Ms. Cheerilee walked up to them, “Welcome back! You've missed three weeks of school.” From there, she passed out some books and homework to the boy band, “You're behind on your book reports, all your math homework, your science projects, and they're all due tomorrow.”
Mind Tempo screamed in terror, panicking.
Beryl Fury calmed his pals down, assuring them, “Guys, guys, chillax. The tour is over. We're back at Canterlot and everything is going to be alright because it's Friday.”
The boys all calmed down until Beryl saw his girlfriend, Shining Star, walking with a new, handsome guy in the hallway.
“If you think you can steal me from my old boyfriend, you're right.”
After the two left, the boys looked at a frozen Beryl until he fainted.

Minutes later, the boys arrived back at home as Tempo’s mother, Gloria, was getting the corn dogs and tater tots on the tray out of the oven with her oven mitts.
“Well, the quiet was nice, but I did miss my boys.” Gloria said and put all the food on Cloudburst’s bowl.
“And I missed your home cooking!” Cloudburst gasped and squealed until he started eating his lunch.
Mind Tempo replied, “How can you be happy? Look at all the work we had to do tomorrow!”
Tempo’s sister, Virtue, replied, “I am impressed, though. I figured you'd be all freaked out and yelly.”
Her brother sarcastically chuckled, “Oh, you mean like this?” Tempo stood up and showed them a demonstration of being freaked out.
Suddenly, Diamond Glow popped underneath the table wearing all black clothing with his black bandana. He stated, “This time we're gonna announce our presence with more authority.”
Everyone stood silent while Diamond Glow looked around. “NOBODY EVEN SAID HI! WE are popular here, okay? Now who's with me?”
Then, Cloudburst popped underneath the table with black clothing as well while holding his corn dogs. “I'm in!”
Tempo and his family were confused on how Cloudburst did that trick.
Cloudburst continued, “We need to reestablish our Canterlot cred with the new kids.”
Diamond and Cloudburst fist bumped while Tempo informed his pals, “We need to finish these projects,” He showed them the science display board. “See this blank science display board right here? It's blank!”
“Hey, has everyone noticed Beryl might be dead?” Virtue spoke up and everyone noticed Beryl lying back on the couch.
“I'm freakin' out!” Beryl replied
Gloria helped him sit up, “Beryl, I have always liked Star, and this does not sound like her. And if you want to be in a relationship with someone, trust is your number one priority.”
Beryl understood her and stood up from the couch.
“Now go find her,” Gloria snapped her fingers and ordered her daughter to open the door. “Be open with her, and just ask her what's going on. And if something is going on, I always hated her.”
Gloria pushed Beryl out of the house and Virtue closed the door until Tempo’s girlfriend, Watermelody, kicked the door down, making Gloria and Virtue startled.
Tempo, Diamond, and Cloudburst saw Watermelody panting for air.
Watermelody asked, “Where is he?”
Mind Tempo told her, “Okay, no, Watermelody. Please, not now. I have a lot of work to do and I'm freaked...”
Watermelody screamed happily and ran towards him.
“OOOOOUUUTTT!” Tempo screamed in terror while Watermelody tackled him and kissed him multiple times.
“Finally, someone around here that knows us!” Diamond satisfyingly said while Cloudburst continued eating his corn dog.
Meanwhile, Beryl was at the park with his tree hat on, spying at her girlfriend and the new guy on the bench.
“Well I am not so sure about this new town, but I am sure glad I met you.” Beryl was triggered as the new guy tried to kiss her.
Shining Star blocked him, “No. I told you. It's… It's just wrong.”
Beryl sighed in relief until Virtue came along with her tree hat. “See, she still has the hots for you.”
Then, the guy stood up and lifted Shining Star up, caressing her in his arms, “But it's so right.”
Virtue stated, “Then again, you were gone for six weeks, and that guy is way better looking than you.”
The new guy and Shining Star were about to kiss until Beryl shouted, “Whoa!”
The two stopped to see Beryl and he ran to Shining Star, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! What is this? How could you? Who's the dude? Girl supposed to kiss me boy!”
The dude replied, “Uh…”
“Back off.”
“Uh…” Shining Star showed her boyfriend the script, “This is a scene from my script. I could, because I got a leading role for the new romance show on TV. The dude is my co-star, Feather Bangs, who plays my love interest in the show and I was gonna surprise you with the news when you got back, but you're back. So…” She kissed Beryl on the cheek, “Surprise.”
Beryl answered, “Okay. That explains a lot.”
Shining Star asked, “Were you spying on us?”
“Nope,” Beryl took off his tree hat.
Feather Bangs introduced himself, “Beryl. Hi, I'm Feather Bangs.”
Suddenly, Virtue ran out of nowhere and jumped onto him, making Feather Bangs carry her while Pinkie Pie watched from afar, eating her cupcake. “Hi, I'm Virtue. I manage hot talent for TV and movies. I'm also a modeling agent and avaliable for limited dating in six years. Wait for me.”
“Oh, look at the time,” Feather joked and gave Beryl back his friend. “Uh, Star, we're gonna be late for that photo shoot.”
Shining Star remembered, “Oh, right. Beryl, do you want to come to make sure nothing's going on?”
Beryl replied, “No. I trust you.”
Feather and Star walked away to go to their photo shoot. Shining Star waved back and smiled at her boyfriend.
Beryl waved back and smiled his girlfriend back. “I trust her, right?”
Pinkie Pie popped up and ate her cupcake, “I wouldn't. 'Cause that guy is way better looking than you.”
Meanwhile at the pool, Diamond and Cloudburst sat on their table playing their music loud on the jukebox to get some recognition.
“How long has it been?” Cloudburst asked.
Diamond answered, “30 seconds.” He stopped playing the radio, “And nobody has come over to say "Hi" or "Hey" or, "We're new at Canterlot and we heard you guys rule at the pool.”
Then, Twilight and Spike walked up to them and Twilight answered, “Or these kids have been here for six weeks while you were on tour. So to them, you're the new guys.” Spike then directed the guys to the kids nearby the pool, “Yeah, see those guys over there investigating that stain? They are the new members of our CHS Forensics Club and they are always in character.”
Diamond and Cloudburst did not care about them. Diamond said, “No matter how big they are, they should know us and want to hang with us. We're Fun Time Rush! We autographed a pig!”
“Yeah, but I mean, I didn't hang out with you guys until I found out how crazy you are with your fire pit jams, parties, and general youthful antics.”
“That's it,” Cloudburst got an idea, “I know what to do.” He put his hockey helmet on and ran away. Diamond nodded, but he had no clue where he went.
Cloudburst screamed and dived into the pool with a big splash. “Whoo-hoo!” He laughed while Diamond helped him up from the pool. “Did it work?”
Twilight stated, “Well, you got their attention. But now they hate you.”
Everyone around the pool got wet and they all yelled angrily at the two boys, blaming them.
“Sorry,” Cloudburst sheepishly apologized while Diamond facepalmed.
Meanwhile, the assistant manager, Shelly Shores, and Mind Tempo arrived at Ms. Cheerilee’s classroom with Tempo carrying all the paperwork.
Mind Tempo told the teacher, “Come on, Ms. Cheerilee. We can't get all this work done by tomorrow.”
Ms. Cheerilee answered, “Well, I could give you an extension, but CHS rules states that you cannot do any activities until all of your assignments are complete with at least a C+ average.”
Shelly Shores spoke up, “Whoa, whoa. Nobody informed me about this.”
“Yes, I did. I sent all the information, emailed all the assignments, and was told everything was taken care of.”
“Really, by who?” Shelly questioned Ms. Cheerilee.
Back at Golden Rock Records, Shelly shouted at her manager, “ARE YOU NUTS?!”
The owner and manager of Golden Rock records, Golden Rock, explained to her, “I didn't tell the boys about school because I needed them to focus on the tour, and I didn't tell you because you would just yell at me, like you just did there.”
Shelly Shores stated, “Yeah, but if they don't get all of their schoolwork done by tomorrow, they can't work.”
Mind Tempo agreed, “Yeah, no rehearsals, no recordings, no concerts.”
Golden Rock replied, “Annnnd who cares? I need a break from you dogs. So take your time and do your homework, because the tour is over.”
Then, Filthy Rich entered Golden Rock’s office, “Swell news, everyone. The tour is not over. Because tomorrow, Fun Time Rush is performing at the Starswirl Music Festival.”
“You got FTR on the music festival? How?!”
Filthy Rich answered, “With a little wheeling, a little dealing, and poison. Now why do Shelly and Tempo look worried?”
Mind Tempo and Shelly Shores were frozen in worry, not saying a word.
Golden Rock rushed over to them, “No, they are not worried! They just can't believe that the Starswirl Music Festival is already here!” He lifted Tempo’s arm up and voiced over him, “Hurray! I love Starswirl Music Festival! Hurray!”
“Good, and don't let me down. Remember, Fun Time Rush, Starswirl, poison.” Filthy Rich exited Golden’s office.
Golden Rock voiced over Shelly and grabbed her arm, “Oh, no! What are we gonna do?” He made Shelly facepalm with her hand.
Back at the pool, the new members from the CHS Forensics Club were in character again.
The girl said, “It's hard to tell how long the bodies have been laying there.”
“They're cold. Real cold.” The guy with the hat stated.
Cloudburst and Diamond Glow were laying down near the pool and Diamond exclaimed, “We've been here for almost a year, which is almost longer than you guys.”
“Yeah, and we're cold because you new kids took all of our chairs and towels,” Cloudburst added and everyone at the pool had towels.
The guy with the shades stated, “Well then, I guess this case is all,” He and his crew wrapped themselves with towels, “Wrapped up.”
Diamond and Cloudburst stood up in frustration until the Dazzlings showed up.
Adagio said, “Happens every year.”
Sonata continued, “The newbies arrive full of dreams to take over the town.”
“And try to steal your pool cred,” Aria finished.
The two boys put their shirts back on and stood up. “We're listening.”
“You've got to nip it in the bud. Watch.” Adagio and her sisters walked towards the three new girls at the Dazzlings’ table and showed the boys a little demonstration.
Sonata congratulated them, “Congratulations. You convinced your parents to move you to Canterlot.”
Aria continued, “And now you're ready to move this town with your talent in acting, singing, or whatever.”
Adagio threatened the new girls, “Now move your butts off our table, go back to where you came from, because you peaked at homecoming queen.”
The new girls cried and ran away from the pool. Diamond and Cloudburst were not pleased to see that and walked towards the Dazzlings.
The girls sat at their table and said, “See.”
“Yeah, but that was kind of mean,” Cloudburst stated.
“Hey, if you want to rule this pool,” Aria said.
Adagio finished, “You got to do it with an iron fist.”
The Dazzlings pointed their fingers and the boys looked towards the two new kids sitting on their chairs. Diamond and Cloudburst looked at each other and agreed to listen to their advice. They put their headgear on and started wrapping their fists, walked towards the new guys listening to their music with their headphones until Diamond and Cloudburst realized something.
Cloudburst told his pal, “I don't like making people cry.”
Diamond replied, “Me either.”
The two FTR guys groaned and walked away to find a better way to get recognized.
Meanwhile, Beryl was using a computer at the mall to do some research until Virtue came by.
Virtue walked up to him, “Shouldn't you be upstairs working on your science project?”
“I'm doing research,” Beryl answered and Virtue checked what he's doing.
“Your research is on Feather Bangs?”
Beryl explained, “He's dated every one of his co-stars.”
“That's not the worst part,” Virtue handed Beryl the script of his girlfriend’s show. “Page 13, Shining Star plays Rachel and Feather is Jake.”
Beryl read the script and found something, the part where they kissed. He gasped, “They kiss?”
He looked at Virtue and told him, “Keep reading.” Beryl read the kissing part and it was five pages long.
“FOR FIVE PAGES?!” Beryl freaked out.
Then, Feather walked by while calling Star on the phone. “Yeah, the photo shoot went great, and we're shooting the kissing scene tonight.” He hung up and walked up to Beryl while Virtue crossed her arms. “I should probably warm up my lips. I want this scene to be hot.” Feather started moaning, imaging himself with Star kissing with his lips for the scene. “Mwah!”
Virtue and Beryl were disgusted by Feather’s facial expression until he stopped and walked away. However, he walked back to tell Beryl, “By the way, I'm WAY better looking than you.”
Feather walked away while Beryl cried and put his head down in worry.
