The career civil servants in Canterlot have decided this is an excellent opportunity to test trial a new central library distribution system. With Mayor Mare seeing this as an opportunity to secure a lasting legacy for her tenure. While Celestia refuses to update the centuries old library regulations. And Twilight learns the valuable lesson of bureaucratic maneuvering.

Pendulum lived a comfortable routine for an up and coming efficiency company in Manehatten. That routine was shattered when he was sent to a new client that could put them on the map.

Oh sure they had sent their request late giving Pendulum only a day to get there and organize a schedule. Sure the records they sent were disorganized at best. Sure they hadn't come close to succeeding for over 70 years. But really, how difficult could it be?

Until they realize some certain wind storm full of snow brought back the creature of the cold breeze, the Windigos. How can they live back over thousands of years?

For years, the stories of wolfponies were passed down through generations, a legend that fillies and colts begged their parents to repeat over and over again...

That's all they were. Legends. But when it is discovered that there is a wolfpony living in Ponyville for some time now, everypony realises that maybe the legend aren't..legends.

Apple Bloom and Scootaloo are determined to find out who it is, after hearing the horrible legends about the vicious wolfponies. Sweetie Belle,on the other hoof, is determined to welcome the wolfpony with open arms. And why does Sweetie Belle disappear when the moon is coming up?
