A royal servant sees a rogue group of dragons setting up camp near Canterlot and must tell Twilight. The issue: he couldn't resist grabbing a quesadilla for later that day, and the guards won't let him into the throne room until it is no longer in his hooves.

Attempt at comedy to break up the rather heavy story I'm writing now. Figured I may as well try my hooves at something a bit out of my comfort zone and actually get a proper little something out there. Made for the second Thousand Words Contest in the comedy category.

Era: Post season 9

This fanfic is set after the coronation of Twilight.
Twilight is advised to take a vacation and decides to visit her friend Somnambula.
The Equigyptian pegasus will tell her a very particular story, starting with the fact that she was not born in Equestria and she will tell Twilight about a heroine pegasus that only her village knows and that she has had the opportunity to know and be best friend of hers.
To appreciate the history one must take a trip to Zebrafrica in ancient Equigypt.
This fanfic is part of my Dragonheart Pegasi Chronicles.
The languages featured in the fanfic are mainly Arabic, Swahili and Zulu and later in the story also various African languages such as Amharic, Oromo, Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba.

Twilight gose to a store to buy socks

Just about everypony in Equestria had heard the story. Every now and again, and always at around midnight, a phone call would be placed from the Greenhill Resort, a closed down resort between Ponyville and Canterlot, to the Ponyville Ambulance Company, a company based in a run-down, barely functioning garage that houses two ancient ambulances to arrange a pickup of a "patient(?)" (identity unknown) from there, and take them to the Old Hollow Hospital, a decommissioned hospital outside of Canterlot. Nopony knew why these runs were needed, where these supposed "patients" were coming from, who they even were, why they were at a closed down resort, why they were being taken to a decommissioned hospital, and who was making these calls at all. Some had asked those at the Ponyville Ambulance Company what was going on, but none of the 3 employees there said anything. Most thought it was because they were tight-lipped, but in reality, even they didn't know what was going on, but they knew that something shady was afoot. This is the story of one of the fabled "Midnight Runs", and the mystery surrounding it, told from the perspective of one of the ambulance drivers

Now full of guilt for the way she treated ponies in the past, Gilda decides to make amends and come to Ponyville to officially apologize. In particular, she's hoping to apologize to one pony: Fluttershy.

After being told where she can find the pegasus, Gilda prepares to do the hardest thing she's ever done: Say she's sorry. After all, griffons aren't usually big on apologies.

Fluttershy is never one to turn away an offer from someone who wants to make amends. And perhaps, she and Gilda can not only come to an understanding, but can become friends.

Sunset Shimmer and the rest of the Rainbooms have tried their best to balance school life with a life of super-heroics and magical mayhem, but as time's gone on finding that balance has only gotten harder, now it seems the girls can't go a day without stepping out to save somebody or stop some magically overcharged super threat. To think it used to be simple.

First fic in a long time. Written in March of 2023 over the course of two weeks.

Twilight was never comfortable with the decision made on that day. After a decade of cleaning up the messes her predecessors had left behind, she couldn't in good conscience leave another behind for whoever followed in her hoofsteps.
