Luna awakes during a trip to ponyville to find a parade outside her window. Curious, she asks her sister what they're celebrating. She and Celestia go to the royal library to go over the history of April Foals Day, and why laughter is dear to all.

An alternate take on the ending of Episode 24: Owl's Well that Ends Well

Driven away from home by jealousy and loneliness, Spike finds himself in the cave of a rather large dragon. However, instead of attacking, the great beast takes him under his wing, teaching him to become a proper, vicious dragon, filling the emptiness left by his friends with rage. But, when Spike's small size and immaturity take him to the brink of frustration, the magical alternative his new "friend" proposes could change the course of his life forever.

Fluttershy is at a crisis that breaks her spirit. As the ponies rally around her for support, none are more determined than Rainbow Dash to see Fluttershy better. Angel just might have other plans, though.

Rainbow Dash has spent the past two months performing as the opener for the Wonderbolts and stunning crowds with her wicked awesome skills. But when the Wonderbolts are finally ready to let her join their ranks can she reconcile the growing gap between her friends and the closing gap between her biggest dream?

This is only part one, part two will be up the coming Sunday or Sunday after that. I apologize to those who first read this if there is a drop in quality from my last story. I will probably edit this over the course of the week as I'm not completely satisfied with it and in keeping with true writer habit I wrote part of the story while inebriated.

After a small vacation to the coastal city of Withersdale, Twilight Sparkle uses a spell to expedite the return trip for her and her friends. However, despite the more or less successful outcome, upon arriving in Ponyville, the Mane Six realize that something is seriously wrong. Can Twilight and the others find out what's happening and fix it before things get even worse, or will they fall prey to the world that's steadily falling apart around them?
