Assume that I've placed some meaningful quote here that will make you reevaluate your perspective on life in twenty-five words or less.

After a bit of prodding from her friends, Scootaloo has decided that it's high time she learned to fly, with none other than Ponyville's premiere flyer as her instructor.

There's a lot to be learned about oneself and others when trying to get your hooves off the ground.

Well, you've got my favorite type of Rainbow Dash characterization in Coach Dash plus a really nice portrayal of the CMC. Overall, incredibly solid story. Has a really nice arc to it with the pattern of student and teacher looping in the end (gives us a future expectation for Scoots, too).

On the less awesome side, the pacing gets a little odd with all the time skips towards the end (which is, unfortunately, probably the only way for all these scenes to happen in the same story), but otherwise...

Yeah. Just an awesome little ficlet.

And after reading this, I don't have the same hatred for Scootaloo that I used to :D Though I was a bit confused at the sudden flash-forward, but I quickly recovered. Brilliant story, my friend!

This was the cutest thing EVER! Excuse me if I do a Scootaloo and turn fangirl on your ass, but that was seriously awesome!:pinkiehappy:

Oh wow, did I seriously forget to comment on this thing? :twilightblush:
A story with a simple concept, and a straight execution, I very much appreciated that! Plus I loved your Rainbow Dash ^^ and you definitely did some research for the flying techniques! :rainbowdetermined2:
Have all my stars, mate, you deserved them.

Now that was just lovely! A thoroughly believable characterisation of Rainbow Dash and a very cute ending.

I was thinking about Mario Hoops 3 on 3 Character Select Music the whole time. It works well. Love the happy ending. So Happy!:pinkiehappy:

"..You have my sword."
"And you have my bow."
"And my axe!"

Ooh. I remember seeing a comic on DA with pretty much the same idea. RD teaching Scoots, and then the ending scene with the next generation.

Lovely to see this as actual story :rainbowkiss:

301874 Don't remember where, sorry; it was one of the many comics I looked at from EqD :P

No worries, mate =).

Well done. I like how the Circle of Life continues.

YEAH! That's the one :D

Huh! Well 'bout that!

Well this was a tremendous story. Very nice read, excellent characterization and I feel "full" after completion.

Yep, as good as I remembered it being.

You've improved a lot since this one, but it's still a pretty good fic in itself.
